Haridwar GRP reaches Puri to quiz Subash

Puri: A three-member team of GRP from Haridwar on Tuesday reached here to quiz train arson accused Ramachandran Subash.

The GRP team will question Subash for his alleged involvement in another train fire incident that took place on November 4 in Haridwar.

The team, which requested a court in Puri to record the statement of the accused under section 161 of CrPC, got go ahead.

Subash had been taken to Bhubaneswar for interrogation on a three-day remand. However, he was sent back to jail on Tuesday after remand ended.

The investigation team denied to disclose whether it conducted the polygraph test of the accused during remand period.
