Cuttack: Panic gripped the city after unidentified miscreants hurled bombs at a nursery in Machasahi area near Bajrakabati Road last evening.

According to sources, the incident took place around 8 pm when the goons hurled bombs at the pant sales outlet in the Puaj Pandal and flee. Though no casualty was reported, goods inside the shop were damaged due to the blasts, the source added.

Mangalabag police rushed to the spot and started investigation. However, the reason behind the bombing is yet to be ascertained, said the police.
