Bhadrak: A fishing boat with nine fishermen on board has gone missing in Bay of Bengal after Aug 1.

The boat named Omm Sai Ram carrying the fishermen ventured out in sea on Aug 1 from Chadamani ghat at Basudevpur of Bhadrak district.

The boat developed some technical glitch in the sea. The fishermen informed the boat owners. Since then, no contact has been established with them.

The boat owner has informed the marine police in this regard.
