Balasore: In a setback to the son of former minister Raghunath Mohanty Rajshree Mohanty, who is embroiled in dowry case filed by her estranged wife Barsha Swony, the Balasore District and Sessions Court today rejected his plea to not invoke Domestic Violence Act in connection with the case.

While hearing the plea the court said that the sections of domestic violence act will stay in force.
Notably, Rajshree also approached the lower court pleading the same which was also rejected.
