Cuttack: It seems that Odisha is having a dream run in the ongoing Ranji Trophy as the team trounced Uttarakhand by 10 wickets on Saturday. With this, Odisha has registered its third consecutive win in this year’s Ranji Trophy.

Everything unfolded as per the plan for Odisha who opted to bowl first against Uttarakhand at DRIEMS ground in Cuttack. The hosts restricted the visitors at a paltry score of 117 runs in the first innings. Pacer Basant Mohanty picked 6 wickets for Odisha.

Odisha then posted a mammoth score of 253 runs in the first innings. Shantanu Mishra was the top scorer with 110 runs.

After the batting order collapse in the first innings, Uttarakhand team batsmen continued to disappoint as the side could only post 195 runs in the second innings.

It was ultimately a cake walk for Odisha as they got a target of only 60 runs in their second innings at DRIEMS ground today.
