Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) today kicked off a voluntary blood donation drive- ‘Jiban Bindu’ here at the party headquarters. BJD president and chief minister Naveen Patnaik formally launched the drive.

The party aimed at collecting blood throughout the year by organizing camps across the State in coordination with Red Cross society.

During the launching ceremony, ministers, party MLAs and common people man donated blood at BJD headquarters today.
