Mother, daughter murdered; land dispute suspected

Boudh: Rajani Kanwar and her daughter Danda Kanwar, residents of Burokata village under Khuntabandha panchayat in the district were murdered in evening hours of Friday.

Sources said two relatives of the mother and daughter hacked the duo to death. Police suspect the reason behind the murder could be land dispute.

Both the accused are absconding till the filing of this report. Police are investigating the matter.
