Heavy rainfall across Punjab and Haryana has thrown normal life out of gear. Hit by monsoon fury, several scenes of despair across north India have been surfacing for quite some days. The raging floodwaters have triggered landslides, damaging houses and claiming several lives as well. 

While videos of colossal damages have flooded social media, recently, another shocking incident has been reported in Punjab’s Ambala. 

Several low-lying areas of Punjab and Haryana are under water after torrential rain, prompting authorities to swing into action in the worst-hit places. Meanwhile, a video has surfaced that shows a crocodile on the streets of Ambala.

In the purported video, the crocodile can be seen on a waterlogged street. It is a residential area and several residents can be seen watching the crocodile from their rooftops and balconies.

The video shared on Twitter by Jaswinder Singh Bisla has gone viral on social media with netizens expressing their shock. However, some others have claimed it to be a fake one.

Though the authenticity of the video and claims by the user couldn’t be verified, certainly, such an incident of a huge crocodile strolling on the streets will stream panic among everyone. Moreover, the possibility of dangerous consequences can’t be ignored.
