In today's digital world, it is important to protect your online accounts.

Google, a top tech company, offers strong control over your accounts.

You can monitor and make remote changes, like detecting unauthorised access.

Here is how you can check if your Google account is being used by someone else without our knowledge.

Checking for unofficial Access

To check if someone unknown has accessed your Google account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the "Google" option in your Android phone's Settings.
  2. Tap on "Manage your Google account."
  3. Swipe left until you see the "Security" section at the top.
  4. Scroll down and choose "Your devices."
  5. Select "Manage all devices" to see the list of devices logged into your account.
  6. If you find any unfamiliar devices, select them.
  7. Finally, tap "Sign out" to make sure the unknown person is logged out.

Account Security

To enhance the security of your Google account, follow these steps: change your password immediately if you see unfamiliar access, enable 2-Step Verification for added security, and mark trusted devices to skip verification codes for a simplified login process.
