Following the social media war between Pakistan and Zimbabwe fans over ‘Fraud Pak Bean’ episode, noted comedian from Pakistan, Asif Muhammad, whose lookalike of the world famous character Mr Bean stole the limelight in the recent World Cup T20 encounter between the two nations, has finally come out and spoken on the incident.

“Hello, my lovely lovely fans. How are you? I am the Pak Bean. Lovely lovely…very lovely Zimbabwe. I love you Zimbabwe. I love you Zimbabwe people,” said ‘Pak Bean’ over a video message in Twitter.

“I am Mr Bean from Pakistan. Oh yes, Pakistan and Zimbabwe cricket very tough..oh yes, very tough. Love you Zimbabwe and Pakistan and all cricket audience. Bye..Bye,” he further said.

Here’s the official statement from Pakistan's Mr Bean:

Notably, on the eve of Pakistan and Zimbabwe encounter, when official handle of Pakistan Cricket posted training pictures, a purportedly Zimbabwean handle Ngugi Chasura replied, “As Zimbabweans we wont forgive you. You once gave us that Fraud Pak Bean instead of Mr Bean Rowan. We will settle the matter tomorrow. Just pray that rain doesn’t save you.”

In response when a Pakistani fan asked the Zimbabwe fan to explain, he replied, “They gave us Pak Bean instead of Mr Bean in one of our local events called Agricultural show”.

He then tweeted a picture of the Pakistani look-alike at an event. “This is … Pak Bean who imitates Mr Bean stealing people’s money,” he wrote.

The post went viral when Zimbabwe got the better of Pakistan in a thrilling encounter. Subsequently, a social media war broke out between fans of both the countries. Even the President of Zimbabwe and Prime Minister of Pakistan also showed little reluctance to jump into the banter.
