With just a few months left for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024, the tickets for India vs Pakistan have soared to astronomical prices. The ticket prices of the match which will be played in New York on June 9 have already reached astronomical figures in the resale markets.
According to media reports, the match tickets have been priced at $6(497) with the most expensive ticket for premium seats has gone up to $400 (Rs 33,148) without taxes. To top it up, the prices on platforms like StubHub and SeatGeek are substantially higher.
The tickets which were priced at $400 are available for $40,000 (around Rs 33 lakh) on resale sites and if we add platform fees, the amount goes up to $50,000 (around Rs 41 lakh).
On the platform SeatGeek, the costliest ticket for the India vs Pakistan match was listed for $175,000 (around Rs 1.4 crore). If we add platform charges and additional fees, the figure balloons up to around Rs 1.86 crore.
