Australian fast bowler Mitchell Starc became the most expensive player in Indian Premier League (IPL) history with a price tag for Rs 24.75 Crore. Earlier, Australian World Cup winning captain Pat Cummins. Cumins was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) for Rs 20.5 crore.

However, in a strange move, SRH blocked Australian veteran David Warner and aggressive batter Travis Head on their social media platforms.

Head and Warner have shared screenshots of their accounts blocked by the SRH social media page. The reason behind the move is yet to be ascertained.

Notably, Warner led the Orange Army to their only IPL title in 2016. The veteran southpaw played his best cricket for the Hydrated-based team in the tournament. However, his relationship with the management has turned sour.

Warner has garnered over 6,000 runs and won the Orange Cap three times. The aggressive left-handed batter was signed by Delhi Capitals in 2009 and played for them until 2013. He moved to SRH in 2015 and won the title in the next season.
