The ugly banter between Afghanistan pacer Naveen-ul-Haq and India batter Virat Kohli does not seem like dying down anytime soon.

Recently, Naveen shared a story on Instagram on Royal Challenger Bangalore’s (RCB) match against Mumbai Indians (MI). It set social media abuzz with comments that the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) pacer has targeted Kohli again. However, Naveen did not take any player’s name in his story.

“Sweet mango’s,” wrote Naveen while sharing a picture of mangoes being put in front of a TV screen showing  RCB vs MI match going on. However, the visual on the screen was the moment right after Kohli (1) was dismissed.

Reacting to Naveen’s cryptic post, fans flooded the comment box with speculations about the LSG speedster’s celebration of Kohli getting out for just one run.

“Naveen UL haq celebrating Virat Kohli’s wicket,” wrote a fan.

“Naveen ul haq’s insta story after Kohli got out for 1(4),” commented another fan.

Earlier a couple of days back, Kohli showed support for Gujarat Titans in their match against LSG. The star batter praised Wriddhiman Saha for his 43-ball 81-run innings. He also lauded Rashid Khan’s superb diving catch on his Instagram stories. Fans were quick to suggest that Kohli has taken last week’s altercation with Naveen-ul-Haq and Gautam Gambhir personally as he publicly showed his dislike for LSG.

Notably, the ugly altercation between Kohli and Naveen started during last week’s LSG (LSG) vs RCB match. After RCB’s victory over LSG in the low-scoring thriller, the argument continued as Virat reportedly said something to Naveen during their handshake, leading to another fight. Later LSG mentor Gautam Gambhir was also caught in another ugly spat with Kohli. Both Kohli and Gambhir were fined 100 percent of their match fees following the unsavoury incident.
