Wicketkeeper-batter Dinesh Karthik has made a dramatic return to Team India on the back of his sensational performances for Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2022.

Karthik took the social media by storm with his antics on the flight from Visakhapatnam to Rajkot ahead of the 4th T20I match against South Africa on Friday.

In the video posted by DK (as he is popularly known among his fans) on his Twitter handle, it looked strange at first since the airplane was engulfed in smoke and the players seemed unconcerned. That is when the aggressive batsman appeared on the screen, surrounded by applause and cheers from the teammates. He was found wearing black sunglasses and walking slowly toward the camera with a wide smile on his face.

Karthik gave a fitting caption to the video by saying “Roll no.1 coming out of viva room be like…”. The sight brought a roar of laughter to everyone’s face. Those who have given viva during their school or college days would be able to relate to DK. During the tense situation, the student finishing his or her viva would walk back into the classroom in style as he would be relieved of all the stress. This is mainly the case with students who are in the first position in the roll numbers list as they become the first ones to enter the viva.
