‘New ball of the century’: Spinner’s incredible spin stuns batsman, breaks internet - watch

A spinner’s incredible delivery during the match between Kuwait Nationals and SBS CC in the KCC T20 Challengers Cup 2024 has reportedly gone viral over various social media platforms. Several cricket crazy netizens have hailed the delivery as the ‘new ball of the century’.

It is found in the video clip that the ball was dropped way outside the off-stump and the batter followed it to go for a huge slog sweep over mid-wicket. However, the delivery turned sharply and crashed into the stumps leaving the batter completely perplexed. 

Several netizens call it the ‘New ball of the century’. Generally, it is a term used to describe Australian legendry spinner Shane Warne’s incredible delivery to dismiss England’s Mike Gatting in June 1993. 

Even international cricketers joined in on the conversation and the video has garnered a lot of attention.
