Prime Minister Narendra Modi is believed to be the biggest contender for the Nobel Peace Prize. 'Nobel for Modi' started trending soon after Asle Toje, the Deputy leader of the Nobel Prize Committee, praised the PM.
Praising PM Modi's efforts towards global peace, Asle said that Modi is the one who stopped war and can establish peace between countries.
Calling India a legacy of peace, Asle went on to hail PM Modi for his governance and said that India is becoming a rich and powerful country because of Modi’s policies. During an interview, he said that PM Modi is one of the most reliable faces of peace in the world.
Asle is the deputy leader of the Norwegian Nobel committee that decides the Nobel Peace Prize winner.
