A woman’s dream date in Hawaii ended up on a tragic note after she was dumped by her Tinder meet-up. Her story could have been something out of a Bollywood rom-com, where a woman falls in love with a stranger, all set in the dreamy Hawaii.

Instead, the tinder date blindsided her with a brutal dumping in the paradise.

New York post reported, Julia D’Orazio was on a vacation in Hawaii when she matched with Jerry on Tinder. The tall handsome American with floppy short brown hair, edgy 30-something guy met her in downtown Kailua-Kona.

“I was instantly charmed by his drawl and friendly manner. The conversation flowed and we quickly discovered that we had similar tastes in music, ways of travel, and many others,” New York post quoted Julia.

“Wanting to continue our date, we decided to grab lunch. I told him I was having a Miley Cyrus moment and had hired a hot red Mustang convertible to have my own ‘Party in the USA’. For the first time in my life, I had street cred and was excited to show off my flashy set of wheels to a guy,” she continued.

“We drove to a local hotel and it was my first introduction to the Hawaiian staple. While feasting on poke, we decided to discover Hawaii’s scenery, hiking, sand beach, night swimming and step foot into a crater at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park,” she added.'

“Our date couldn’t get any better. We both admitted we had a great time and agreed to catch up again,” Julia stated.

As per their plan, the couple met once again and set off on a three-hour road trip to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, a park with two of the world’s most active volcanoes.

However, after driving for three hours, Jerry changed his mind and decided to return.

“What? We’ve just arrived. We drove three hours to get here,” Julia was floored. However, Jerry just walked out of the park and Julia’s life.

“My mouth became as big as a volcanic crater watching him go off into the distance. I was stunned. Emotions started pouring out. Did I just get ditched at a volcano?,” Julia quipped.
