Yoga asanas are considered as one of the best ways to stay healthy and fit. The Asanas mentioned below are some of the simpler ones, especially for beginners which will help in reducing belly fat.

Bhujangasana

The simplest workout for women to lose belly fat at home is the Bhujangasana also known as Cobra Pose, which calms your lower back while strengthening your abdominal muscles.

How to Perform 

Lie down on the ground face down. Put your palms to the ground near your shoulders. Fold your legs back while the feet stay on the floor, then take a steady breath in and lift your upper body. Ensure that your toes and lower body are straight and on the ground. Stay in this posture for 25-30 seconds. Return to the original position slowly, while exhaling. Breathe normally throughout 

Dhanurasana 

Although Dhanurasana, also known as Bow Pose, may seem easy, this asana may be a little tough for your abs initially, which is exactly what you want. It is very effective to reduce belly fat. 

How to Perform 

Lie down on the floor with your face down. Bend the knee and rest your hands on your feet. Lift your hands, feet, thighs, and chest off the ground while taking a breath. Hold on to this posture for up to 30 seconds at first, then gradually extend that period to 90 seconds. Complete the release by exhaling.

Kumbhakasana 

The most common and well-known of all the poses is arguably Kumbhakasana, also known as Plank Pose. The plank position is one of the best for reducing belly fat and muscle building.

How to Perform 

Lie down on your back. Lift your body up onto straight arms. Keep your balance by staying on your toes. It doesn't matter if you're facing up or down. Hold for as long as you can, then take a little break before trying again. Try to spend more time in this position every day.

Naukasana

Naukasana, also known as the Boat Pose, does wonders on the side and front tummy muscles while strengthening your core.

How to Perform

Lie on the ground face down. Keep your hands at your sides to maintain a comfortable posture. Keep your legs straight. Keep your belly on the ground while raising your hands and legs gradually off the floor. Form a V-shape by angling your body at a 45-degree angle. Hold it for 60 seconds while taking a deep breath.
