Govt employee in vigilance net

The anti-corruption officials raided the office and houses of Akshay Kumar Das who works as a junior engineer in the rural works division under Rural Development Department.

The raids were conducted at Das’s residences in Poda Pokhari and Nua Bazar area in Cuttack. Similar raids were also carried out at his parental house in Gandikapur and Balarampur in Kujang. This apart, Das’s office in Jagatsinghpur too came under the vigilance scanner.

As per reports, the raid was carried out at six places simultaneously.
