Urfi Javed is known for her unique and bold fashion statement. She never misses a chance to surprise the netizens with her weird dressing sense and remains in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Despite being trolled massively, Urfi never steps back from creating a sensation on social media. And now, Indian author Chetan Bhagat has talked about Urfi or Uorfi and she has given a savage reply to him.
A video of the Indian author has surfaced in which he says, “Phone has been a great distraction for the youth, especially the boys, spending hours just watching Instagram reels. Everyone knows who Uorfi Javed is.”
Further, Chetan went on to say, “What will you do with her photos? Is it coming in your exams or you will go for a job interview and tell the interviewer that you know all her outfits?”
However, Chetan also said that it is not Urfi’s fault as she is trying to make her career.
He went on to say that there are people who are guarding the borders and then there is a section of young boys, who sees her photos while they are in the bed.
“Today, she has uploaded a photo wearing an outfit with two phones, have you seen it? Many have seen it already. It gets viral faster than the news,” Chetan concluded.
Well, this didn’t go down well with Uorfi who has given a befitting reply to the author.
On Saturday, she shared several images with captions on her Instagram story and also shared a video targeting Chetan.
Sharing a newspaper cutting that read: “Dear Chetan Bhagat, Uorfi Javed’s pictures do not distract the youth as much as uncles giving unnecessary gyaan,” she captioned, “Jab apni aadhi Umar ki ladkiyon ko Instagram or WhatsApp me msg kar rahe the tab bhi un ladkiyo k kapdo ne distract kiya tha na (When you sent messages on Instagram or WhatsApp to girls half your age, then even the dresses of the girls distracted you!)”.
In another story, she shared another newspaper cutting with a headline: India’s #MeToo moment: Chetan Bhagat apologises after screenshots of WhatsApp messages go viral”. For this image, she wrote: “Men like him always blame the woman than accepting their own shortcomings!! Just because you’re a pervert doesn’t means it’s the girls fault or what she is wearing! Unnecessarily dragging me in a conversation, commenting on how my clothes are distracting young boys is such a f**ked thing to say!! You msging young girls isn’t a distraction for them tho?”

Also you said, youths are getting distracted, people are seeing my pictures secretly. Leave the youths; you are the age of my uncle. You are the age of a father or uncle of the youths. Even though you are married, you are sending messages to girls half your age. Then it didn’t bother you. Neither your marriage got ruined nor your children got spoiled.”
On Saturday, Urfi stunned with her latest fashionable attire. She shared a picture posing with her designed attire studded with diamonds and wrote: “So @swhwetasrii and I made this outfit ourselves! The positioning of the diamonds took us like a week, we had to dye the fabric like a million times to get the right shade matching my exact skin tone. Then I just styled it with a pair of loose heans and these rhinestone wedges!”
