Pak actress Mahira Khan gets married to long-time beau Salim Karim, wedding videos go viral

Popular Pakistani actress Mahira Khan recently got married for the second time to businessman Salim Karim in Pakistan. 

Mahira's manager, Anushay Talha Khan, shared emotional videos of the beautiful bride and groom on Instagram, and these clips have become widely popular on social media.

In their wedding video, Salim was seen getting emotional as Mahira walked towards him. The two shared a heartfelt hug, capturing a tender moment.

Mahira, known for her role opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the movie Raees, confirmed her relationship with Salim Khan in an interview last year. She expressed her feelings, saying, "Yeah, I think I am in love. I don't know, I am so shy about it," mentioning that Salim is not from the film industry.

According to reports, Salim Karim is the CEO of a startup called Simpaisa, which facilitates transactions between merchants from different sectors in more than 15 countries worldwide.

For her wedding, Mahira wore a pastel-coloured lehenga with a veil and matching diamond jewellery, designed by renowned Pakistani designer Faraz Manan. The groom opted for a black sherwani with a blue turban.

On the work front, Mahira will soon be seen in the Netflix series Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo, alongside Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed. The show, adapting Farhat Ishtiaq’s novel, revolves around Sikandar, a law student, and Liza, a talented artist, exploring their complex lives. The series features a star-studded cast and is being shot in Italy, the UK, and Pakistan, making it Netflix's first Pakistan-themed original.
