Renowned filmmaker SS Rajamouli has only given blockbusters in his career. From Baahubali to RRR, his movies are not only loved in India but across international borders too. After working with Telugu superstars like Prabhas, Jr. NTR, and Ram Charan, the acclaimed director is all set to collaborate with Tollywood prince and superstar Mahesh Babu.
Scripted by his father Vijayendra Prasad, the film tentatively titled SSMB29 is touted to be an epic action jungle adventure film.
Well, to further add to the excitement of fans, Bollywood Greek God Hrithik Roshan has reportedly been signed to play the main antagonist of the movie. According to Bollywood Bubble, Rajamouli is reportedly in talks with the ‘War’ actor for a pivotal role. The popular filmmaker is looking to cast a formidable opponent opposite Mahesh Babu, and Hrithik is currently at the top of his list.
According to the report, Rajamouli feels the ‘Fighter’ actor will be the apt choice for the role after going through several names. Earlier, there were reports that Rajamouli was planning to take a Hollywood star as the main villain. However, the latest reports suggest that Hrithik has been finalized for the role. With his villainous avatar in Dhoom 2 and War, Hrithik can make a tremendous villain opposite Mahesh Babu.
Although the two stars have never worked together in a film, they have appeared in a few advertisements together and it would be a dream collaboration for both of them. If this casting coup becomes successful, movie lovers will be in for a treat seeing Mahesh Babu and Hrithik Roshan’s epic clash.
