Speculations are rife that Bigg Boss OTT 3 could kick off in the coming months, with names like Sheezan M Khan, Vicky Jain, and Isha Malviya circulating as potential contestants. Elvish Yadav emerged victorious in the previous season, defeating fellow YouTuber Abhishek Malhan in a closely contested finale.

Recent developments, however, have tainted Yadav's image, starting with allegations of organizing rave parties in Noida featuring snake venom as a recreational drug. Meanwhile, Sagar Thakur, also known as Maxtern, has grabbed attention following a public altercation with Elvish Yadav at a Gurgaon mall. Social media now speculates that Thakur might join the upcoming season of Bigg Boss OTT, leveraging the massive fan base that YouTubers bring to the show.

The production team has reportedly approached two more YouTubers for potential participation—Vishal Singh, known for his video on Manisha Rani, and Love Kataria, a close associate of Elvish Yadav.

Meanwhile, efforts to resolve the dispute between Elvish Yadav and Sagar Thakur are underway, led by Rajat Dalal. Dalal aims to mediate their differences amicably, arranging a meeting at Thakur's residence with Yadav in attendance. The conflict ignited when Maxtern posted a derogatory video featuring Elvish Yadav hugging Munawar Faruqui, coupled with a history of Thakur allegedly abusing Yadav's fans.

Viral footage captured Thakur being physically assaulted by multiple individuals, prompting demands for Elvish Yadav's arrest. The Haryana Police has since charged him with violence and assault in connection with the incident.
