Arunita Kanjilal's 'Babul'  Takes You On A Nostalgic Journey

Indian Idol 12 first runner-up Arunita Kanjilal's latest single 'Babul' celebrates the bitter-sweet moments between a bride and her father as she takes on a new journey in her life.

Babul narrates the emotional turmoil that every bride faces while she prepares to begin her new life.

Even though she is happy and looking forward to a new life with her husband and new family, there is also a part of her feeling sad, nervous and anxiety as she has to part from her parents and family, leave her home behind and go to a new house to build her own world which can be very daunting.

Taking to Instagram, Babul's producer Choklate Pi Single wrote, "A man's pride is his daughter - our next release, 'BABUL', takes you through the journey of the emotions between a father & daughter as she sadly bids him farewell & happily enters her marital home. The soulful voice of Arunita takes you on a nostalgic journey and shows the deep love between father and daughter.

The music of  'Babul' is composed by Vipin Patwa who has also sung the song alongside Arunita while the lyrics are penned by Dr. Sagar.

After the song's release, Arunita's fans flooded the comments section and praised her for this emotional track.
