It takes a lot more than just hard work and studies to crack UPSC, one of India’s toughest exams. However, IPS Anshika Verma cracked the UPSC exam and is today one of the best IPS officers in the country without any formal coaching.

According to Hello Scholar, Anshika hails from Prayagraj in UP. She appeared for the UPSC exam for the first time in the year 2019.

However, Anshika could not crack it and decided to give it another try. This time, she prepared for the civil services without the help of any coaching and made sure she revised the maximum number of times.

She attempted for the second time in 202 and successfully got AIR136 and became an IPS officer.

Speaking about her strategy to Hello Scholar, Anshika said, “Every candidate should prepare according to their own strategy because everyone’s weaknesses and strengths are different.”

Apart from this, she spoke about her success mantra and said that she was able to clear the exam only because of maximum practice and revision. Apart from being a brilliant officer, Anshika is also known for her gorgeous looks and enjoys a huge fan base of around 146K followers on Instagram.
