Vadodara: A youth allegedly stabbed a girl Mittal Parmar and her father Jayantibhai to death near Knjari village in Halol taluka on Thursday, police said.
 
Jayantibhai with his daughter Mittal(18) and his son Krishna(9) were on a motor bike and returning to their native village after attending a function.
 
The youth identified as Munno alias Pinto Chauhan stopped them on the road and started stabbing Mittal and her father with a knife. The father died on the spot while Mittal succumbed to her injuries while being taken away to a hospital in Vadodara, they said adding the youth has gone absconding.
 
Krishna was witness to the horrific killing of her sister and father.
 
The reason behind the killing was not immediately known. The accused youth stays near Parmar's residence at Kanjri village. Halol police were investigating the case.
