Railway Recruitment 2018: Apply for 140 Apprentice Posts

Patiala/Bhubaneswar: The Diesel Loco Modernization Works  (DMW) Patiala, through Indian Railways, has released a recruitment notification from interested and eligible candidates for the posts of Apprentice.

As per the official notification, railway job aspirants can apply for a total of 140 posts before the deadline to receive applications, May 16, 2018.

Total no. of Apprentice Posts: 140

1. Electrician: 70

2. Machinist: 32

3. Fitter: 21

4. Welder (Gas & Electric): 17

Age Limit

For Post 4, applicants age should be between 15 to 22 years while for Post 1, 2 and 3, it should be between 15 to 24 years.

Educational Qualification

ITI in respective trade and 10th pass or equivalent in 10+2 system of education from a recognized board is necessary to apply for the posts.
