Bhubaneswar: A judicial inquiry is needed in to the incident of September- 6 violence during the Congress rally where woman police constable Pramila Padhi was allegedly attacked by the activists, said member of National Commission for Women Charu Walikhanna on Thursday 
After visiting the injured lady constable, Walikhana told newsmen at a press meet that the whole episode is unfortunate for the State. She, however, clarified that no political party would be held responsible for the incident. The women Commission member expressed concern over the police inaction over the matter.
