As many as 14935 students have skipped the Class 9 (HSC & Madhyama 2021-22) examination, the result of which was published by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) today.
The evaluation of answer sheets of students who have appeared in the annual high school certificate (HSC) Summative Assessment-II examination will commence from May 21, the board of secondary education (BSE), Odisha said on Friday.

The BSE president said the answer copies of students will be brought from the nodal centres for evaluation. “We hope to start the evaluation process from May 20 or May 21,” he said.
After a gap of two years, students sat for the tests in offline mode. A total of 5,71,909 students will be appearing for the High School Certificate exam while 9378 and 4443 students will write for the State Open School Certificate Examination (SOSC) and Madhyama examinations, respectively.
All preparations for conducting the examination in a smooth and free and fair manner have been completed by the Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha.
The Headmaster of the Mentor School shall login with their school code as User ID and Password which has been last used,” the BSE, Odisha said in a statement.
Odisha Chief Secretary, Suresh Mohapatra said that the matriculation or the high school certificate examination (HSC) will begin from April 29 and conclude on May 6, 2022.
