Preparing for Odisha BSE Matric exam? Here’s good news for Class 10 students

The Odisha School Education Programme Authority (OSEPA) has released a model question bank, Pariksha Darpan, for Class 10 students all set to appear for the board exam next month.

The annual Odisha HSC examination is scheduled to begin on February 19.

The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, has prepared the question bank book, which contains sample questions with scoring keys on different subjects.

Ananya Das, OSEPA state project director, on Tuesday directed all district education officers to distribute soft copies of the books in all schools in their respective areas for free.

All About The Model Question Bank

• The question book spans 400 pages, covering all subjects.
• It will help students prepare for the exam.
• It is expected to reduce students’ preparation-related stress. 

Meanwhile, Ananya Das informed that the hard copies of the book will be provided at the district points soon.

Odisha BSE Exam 2026 Details

The Class 10 Matric exam for Regular and Ex-Regular students will commence from February 19, 2026, and continue till March 2, 2026.

The examinations will be held in the morning session from 9:00 am to 11:30 am, while the Mathematics paper will conclude at 11:45 am. 

Practical exams for vocational trade subjects and TLV Practical will be conducted on February 22.

The First Language paper is scheduled on February 19, followed by the Second Language paper on February 21, and the Third Language paper on February 23. 

Science and Social Science examinations will be conducted on February 25 and February 27, respectively, while the final paper, Mathematics, is set for March 2.
