Odisha BSE Matric exam to begin from February 19, 2026; check important updates

The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha on Friday released the detailed timetable for the Annual High School Certificate (HSC) Examination 2026. The Class 10 Matric exam for Regular and Ex-Regular students will commence from February 19, 2026, and continue till March 2, 2026.

According to the notification, the examinations will be held in the morning session from 9:00 am to 11:30 am, while the Mathematics paper will conclude at 11:45 am. Practical exams for vocational trade subjects and TLV Practical will be conducted on February 22.

The First Language paper is scheduled on February 19, followed by the Second Language paper on February 21, and the Third Language paper on February 23. Science and Social Science examinations will be conducted on February 25 and February 27, respectively, while the final paper, Mathematics, is set for March 2.

• Feb 19 (Thu): First Language (Odia, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, Telugu, Alt. English)
• Feb 21 (Sat): Second Language (English / Hindi / Practicals & special subjects)
• Feb 22 (Sun): TLV Practical
• Feb 23 (Mon): Third Language
• Feb 25 (Wed): Science
• Feb 27 (Fri): Social Science
• Mar 2 (Mon): Mathematics
