The NIA had been mulling action against big gangsters like Bishnoi, Kapil Sangwan and Neeraj Bawana and their aides.
But a senior official also warned that these claims have not been verified yet.
The police have also recovered an illegal weapon and live cartridge from the criminal.
Goldy Brar and Lawrence Bishnoi have taken the responsibility of the murder. The Special Cell had arrested Jathedi last year and is currently in judicial custody.
