Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) today declared five more places as ‘Containment Zones’ following detection of new Covid-19 cases.

BMC on Wednesday declared a residential apartment, Rajendra Vihar Apartment, in the Forest Park area of the Capital city as ‘containment zone’ following the detection of several Covid-19 positive cases.

People residing in these areas have been advised to stay indoors. Similarly, ban has been imposed on the entry of outsiders into the restricted zones

The administrative restrictions in the most remote area of the district, Bonda Ghati, to contain the Covid-19 cases have pushed the lives and livelihood of the tribal people into a state of utter despair.
