Bhubaneswar: The Crime Branch CID of the Odisha police on Tuesday arrested a youth on charges of uploading and circulation of morphed and obscene photographs of a girl.
 
According to police, prima-facie evidence showed that the accused Manabhanjan Sahu (33) has committed the crime.
 
The accused, booked under Section 66-A/66 –C/67/67-A of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act -2008, has been forwarded to SDJM court, Bhubaneswar.
