2 fertiliser wholesale traders arrested

The anti-corruption wing also sealed the godown of a fertiliser dealer following raids at the business premises of different traders here yesterday, official sources said.

The arrested wholesalers were Gourishankar Agrawal of Boudh and BK Mohanty of Aska. The fertiliser godown was sealed at Patrapur as its owner was absconding during the raids, they said.

Several irregularities were detected in stocks of fertilizers and records during the raids conducted on godowns at different places, said vigilance S P (Berhampur) J N Hansda.
