Bhubaneswar: Odisha is now experiencing scorching heat and high humidity with mercury levels rising to above 38 degrees Celsius on Saturday.

Regional Meteorological Department officials informed that Bhubaneswar recorded a highest maximum temperature of 39.7 degrees, followed by 39 degrees in Angul and Bolangir respectively yesterday.

As per the latest forecast, the maximum temperatures in several parts of Odisha is likely to hover around the 38 degree Celsius mark on Sunday.
