Team India’s star batsman Virat Kohli has so far scored 80 centuries in his international career including 29 in Tests, 50 in ODIs and one in T20 Internationals.

While many experts feel that Kohli will be able to break legendary Sachin Tendulkar’s record of 100 international centuries, many others believe that the star batter will not be able to do so in his career.

However, former West Indies great and captain Clive Llyod backed Kohli to break Tendulkar’s record of scoring 100 centuries in international cricket. As per Llyod, Kohli can achieve ‘anything he wants’. Moreover, he feels that Kohli is young enough to go for the achievement

“I do not know about the period, but he is young enough and I am sure that the way he is playing he can achieve anything he wants to achieve and it would be something to be quite happy to achieve,” said Llyod during a recent interaction.

Notably, with a stacked cricketing calendar ahead with World Test Championship (WTC), T20 World Cup and multiple ODI series, Kohli will have ample opportunities to add more centuries to his name.
