It has been over three years since Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput passed away. However, the void created after his sudden demise still continues. Till date, fans hope that justice will be served to the late actor and his bereaved family. Meanwhile, fans continue to demand justice for their favourite actor which is evident from the social media posts every other day.

It is known to all that lot of investigation was underway and later the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) got involved in the case. However, there are no updates regarding the case yet. 

However, after around 3 years, Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has shared a big update on SSR’s death case. 
In a recent interview on Republic TV, Fadnavis was asked about the CBI probe ordered in the case. Replying to the question he mentioned that the credibility of evidence is being examined and the investigation is still underway.

During the interview, the Deputy CM revealed that at first, the information available was based on hearsay but later some individuals claimed that they possess substantial evidence regarding the case. It was then that they were asked to submit the evidence to the police. 

“Currently, we are in the process of examining the credibility of the presented evidence. The investigation is still in progress, and it would be premature for me to provide any comments on the eventual outcome of the case at this stage,” Fadnavis was quoted as saying.

Recently, fans remembered the late actor on his 3rd death anniversary on June 14. Social media got flooded with posts dedicated to the Kedarnath actor. Even several co-stars of the late actor including Sara Ali Khan and Kriti Sanon remembered him through their posts.
