Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and his entire family have isolated at home for the next 14 days after the actors personal driver and two staff members reportedly tested Covid-19 positive.

The staff members who tested positive have been admitted to a hospital in the city and are undergoing treatment, according to an India Today website report. An official update on the report from the actor's office is awaited.

Sources close to the actor have stated that he has made sure his staff gets the best treatment and care for the illness, reported PinkVilla.

The Dabangg actor and his family were awaiting the celebration of Salim Khan and Salma Khan's wedding anniversary, which were scheduled in the coming days. However, the event stands cancelled now owing to the unprecedented situation, as per the report.

Currently, Salman is hosting Bigg Boss 14. And according to news reports, he is charging a whopping amount for his appearance on the reality show. However his presence on the weekend special episodes is also in question now.

On the work front, Salman Khan is all set to release his next film, "Radhe", which was scheduled to hit theatres earlier this year before the lockdown. The Prabhu Deva directorial co-stars Disha Patani. Unconfirmed reports a few days back speculated that the action drama might be released on OTT.

Salman also has "Kick 2" and "Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali" coming up.
