Heavy security arrangements for PM Modi’s Puri roadshow

Extensive security measures have been made for the roadshow to be held by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Puri on Monday. Over 60 platoons of police have been deployed. After visiting Srimandir, the PM will start the roadshow from Singhadwar to Medical Chhak.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a massive roadshow in Puri on Monday after having the darshan of Lord Jagannath and His siblings at 7 AM. Heavy security arrangements have been made in Puri. Over 60 platoons of police forces have been deployed.

As for security arrangements, Puri SP Pinak Mishra said, “Srimandir will be out of bounds for devotees one hour before the PM's visit. Similarly, traffic restrictions will be in place one hour before his visit. For his road show, traffic restrictions will be there from Marichikote Square to Medical Square.”
