Shah Rukh Khan's lesser known 'secrets' revealed by wife Gauri

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan have set several couple goals. Their love story is an inspiration for many. Since the days of struggle to becoming the Badshah of B Town, Shah Rukh and his wife have always extended support to each other and stood beside in hard times. 

Though fans are well aware of different facets of the duo and several incidents during their love journey, many are least aware that SRK was damn intelligent and also excelled in sports.

Revealing 'lesser known secrets' of hubby, Gauri once said, "Shah Rukh was terribly intelligent. He not only excelled in sports but did well academically too. He was the one to have influenced me to open my books and study. He even made all history notes for me despite being an economics student. He was out of college by then but it was thanks to him I did well in my eleventh and twelfth."

Earlier Gauri had also said, "I got a few film offers but it was so silly that just because your husband is into films, you automatically get acting offers. It made no sense at all. Just because you have the opportunity, you can't do something you're not inclined towards. And Shah Rukh would never let me act in any case. He is too possessive of me. He would rather die a million deaths than let me act or do even a small role in films."  

SRK is too much busy now...

On the work front, SRK is currently all set to bounce back with the most awaited movies in a row. Recently, the actor made a special appearance in R Madhavan's Rocketry: The Nambi Effect.

On the other hand, Pathaan, a spy thriller movie is one of the much anticipated as SRK will make a comeback after 'Zero'. The movie also stars Deepika Padukone as the leading lady while John Abraham will be seen locking horns with SRK. On June 25, the DDLJ actor dropped a still poster of his look from Pathaan as a part of celebrating his 30-year completion in the industry. The movie is scheduled to release on January 25 next year.

Apart from that, SRK has been roped in for Dunki to be helmed by Rajkumar Hirani. Taapsee Pannu will be alongside SRK in the flick. Co-produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, shooting for Dunki has already begun.

Meanwhile, the Veer-Zaara actor has also teamed up with south director Atlee for Jawan which also stars lady superstar Nayanthara. As the latest buzz suggests, South actor Vijay Sethupathi will be seen as the antagonist in the movie while Thalapathy Vijay will be seen in a cameo role with SRK. However, there is no official confirmation supporting the buzz.

Even fans are quite excited to see SRK's cameo role in Salman Khan's Tiger 3. If rumours are to be believed, the duo will team up for another big-budget spy thriller movie in which the duo will have similar character weightage. As per the buzz, the movie will be produced under the Yash Raj Films banner and Aditya Chopra will come up with a thrilling story to bring the duo together onscreen.
