2003's Bollywood blockbuster 'Kal Ho Naa Ho' became one of the most successful movies under the Dharma Productions banner. The romantic and musical flick starring Shah Rukh Khan, Saif Ali Khan and Preity Zinta still is counted in the list of best movies from the actors.

Directed by Nikhil Advani, and written by B Town's producer and director Karan Johar, Kal Ho Naa Ho has reached 19th year, which is almost around two decades, yet movie lovers are yet to get out of the hangover.

SRK & KJo fooled Aryan & Suhana

The movie was loved across generations. However, it is a lesser-known fact that the makers had edited a special version for SRK's kids. In fact, the kids were fooled by the 2nd version of Kal Ho Naa Ho. None other than SRK himself had revealed this in 2015.

SRK's death scene in the climax was quite shattering for movie lovers and the Raees actor's fans.

While revealing the secret, SRK said that Aryan and Suhana were never shown the sequence. Karan Johar had created a modified version of the film for both the kids that omitted the death sequence.

In 2015, a Shah Rukh Khan fan club posted a video of a young girl crying after watching Shah Rukh Khan's death scene, writing, "Have You Seen This @iamsrk A Must Watch 'A Lil Girl's Reaction After Watching Kal Ho Na Ho."

In response, King Khan quote tweeted, "Never shown the ending of Kal Ho Naa Ho to my kids. Karan made a special edit where the movie ends before I fly away."

Aryan was six years old and Suhana was three years old when Kal Ho Naa Ho was released.

However, it is still unclear if Aryan and Suhana have now watched the uncut version of Kal Ho Naa Ho. What do you think!

Reminiscing Kal Ho Naa Ho...

The story showcased, how Aman (SRK) came into the life of Naina (Preity) and changed it filling happiness and love. While Saif portrays a prominent role in the movie as Rohit, he was a huge support to Naina as a friend as well as her husband. However, Aman dying in the movie was somewhat heartbreaking for many.

Sonu Nigam lent his golden voice for the title track Kal Ho Naa Ho, composed by the Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy trio of music directors which still remains a favourite of music lovers. This particular number earned several awards and appreciation for the composer as well as the singer. Of course, all other songs from the movie still are included in their playlists.

The songs enriched the story and the performance of every actor from the movie, including Jaya Bachchan, and Reema Lagoo in prominent characters with Sonali Bendre and Sanjay Kapoor in guest approaches was the icing on the cake.

This movie gained massive appreciation from all quarters and also earned several awards.
