Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt celebrates his birthday today. Currently, he is in the news for being a part of the much-awaited movie KGF Chapter 2 led by Yash and helmed by Prashanth Neel. Fans have been waiting with bated breath for new updates on the sequel and want the makers to announce the release date of KGF2 sooner.

They were expecting the makers to unveil some updates today as it is the birthday of Sanjay who plays the lead antagonist Adheera in the movie. And to pacify this massive demand from the fans, they today unveiled a new still of Adheera from KGF Chapter 2. Sanjay Dutt shared the still on his microblogging page with a special message.

The Munnabhai M.B.B.S actor thanked everyone for the birthday wishes and acknowledged that he is quite aware that the fans are waiting for the sequel to release soon. He assured fans that the movie will be worth the wait. The picture shows Sanjay Dutt as Adheera in a dashing avatar holding a sword in his hand and looks menacing and dangerous.

Naturally, fans are very happy to get a new glimpse from the sequel. But they want more updates especially a confirmed release date. According to a buzz, the movie’s release has been postponed to December 2021. It was supposed to release on 16th July this year but was delayed due to the Corona pandemic.

Such is the hype and anticipation for KGF Chapter 2 that even small snippets and video clips make fans overjoyed. A day ago, a BTS clip of Raveena Tandon playing a crucial role in the Yash-led movie surfaced on Twitter, making the fans ecstatic. The teaser of the second installment from the hit KGF franchise was released at the start of this year and has already crossed 200 million views on YouTube, indicating how eagerly the fans are waiting for this movie to come on the screen.
