NEET UG 2021: NTA Provides Last Chance To Candidates For Correction In Application Form

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last date for candidates to make necessary corrections in the particulars of the online application form for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2021.

As per the notification issued by the NTA, the candidates can now correct/ rectify the particulars of the First and Second phase of online application forms.

“On receiving numerous requests from the candidates, the National Testing Agency is now providing last and final opportunity for the candidates to correct/modify the particulars of the First and Second Phase of Online Application Form for NEET (UG) – 2021,” the NTA said in its notification.

The NTA has said that candidates can make necessary modification/corrections till October 14, 2021 (11:50pm).

The schedule for the correction:-

Fields for correction/editing:

i. Gender

ii. Nationality

iii. e-mail address

iv. Category

v. Sub-category

vi. Fields of Second Phase

This facility is also available for candidates who have done one-time corrections in these particular fields earlier. “The Candidates are strongly advised to check, cross-check, and verify their registered e-mail address and ensure that it is their own e-mail address only as NTA will be sending the scanned copy of the OMR Answer Sheet and Scorecard to the registered e-mail address,” the notification read.
