We've all experienced acidity at some point or another. The most typical symptoms include severe stomach pain, burning, bloating, hiccuping, flatulence, and acid reflux. You can choose home remedies for acidity and heartburn if you frequently experience these issues.

Causes of Acidity

Acidity can be brought on by eating a large meal, immediately lying on your back, bending over at the waist, or even snacking just before bed. Additionally, alcohol, carbonated drinks, coffee, and certain foods like citrus, tomato, garlic, or spicy food as well as some foods and beverages can aggravate acid reflux and heartburn.

Chamomile Tea

Lemon Water

Despite being acidic, lemon juice can help reduce acidity when consumed in small amounts when combined with water.
