Sushant Singh Rajput's death case is getting murkier with each passing day and amid the growing demand for a CBI probe to ensure justice for the bereaved family, some shocking revelations have come to the fore.
Family lawyer of Sushant, Vikas Singh has reportedly revealed that the actor's family had already filed a complaint against Rhea Chakraborty in February- four months prior to the tragic demise of the 'Dil Bechara' actor.
While speaking to a news channel, the lawyer reportedly said, in the compliant Sushant's family had alleged that the actor was in a bad company and expressed their fear that something bad might happen to him.
The Bihar police team is currently going through all the evidence collected by Mumbai Police. They have also recorded the statement of Ankita Lokhande.
Ankita has reportedly informed the Bihar Police that Sushant was quite unhappy because Rhea Chakraborty harassed him. As per media reports, Sushant had told her that he is 'quite unhappy in the relationship and wants to end it as Rhea harassed him'.
Sushant and Rhea were in a relationship before the actor's death. Sushant's father has levelled various allegations against Rhea, including taking money from his son and also threatening him to disclose his medical reports to the media. Sushant's family has also accused her of keeping him away from his family.
Sushant's first cousin and former BJP MLA from Bihar's Chhatapur, Neeraj Kumar Singh said the FIR has been filed after the family somehow overcame the shock of the untimely and sudden demise of the young actor, and after various things came to their knowledge.
On Tuesday, it came to light that Sushant's father had filed an FIR at the Rajiv Nagar police station in Patna accusing six people, including his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, for abetment to suicide.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has refused to entertain a PIL seeking Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the actor's death case.
