A Romantic Plan Under the Night Sky

Amid this wave of affection, a video shared by Rosy on X has captured widespread attention and shock. The clip shows a couple standing beside a table in what appears to be a parking lot at night. A white box sits between them. The girl excitedly lifts the lid while her boyfriend holds a bunch of red balloons.

The moment the box opens, he releases the balloons. A thin red ribbon suddenly shoots upward, instantly drawing their gaze toward the sky. Attached to the ribbon are several sheets of paper.

As the ribbon soars higher, the girl watches in surprise, seemingly unaware of what’s unfolding.

From Celebration to Panic

What begins as a joyful surprise quickly spirals into distress. The boy’s cheerful expression turns into visible anxiety as the ribbon continues floating away.

Oblivious to the unfolding mishap, the girl jumps into his arms for a celebratory hug.

But instead of embracing the moment, the boy dashes after the disappearing ribbon, desperately trying to grab it before it drifts too far.

Text scrolling across the video reveals that the boy had carefully planned the surprise for their anniversary.

The papers tied to the ribbon were not decorative notes - they were Dollars.

As the ‘money chain’ ascends beyond reach and his efforts fail, the boy collapses to the ground in despair, rolling on the floor and crying.

“Babe, that was My Salary”

Confused by his sudden breakdown, the girl rushes to him and tries to comfort him. Holding him close, she gently says, "It's the thought that counts."

Then comes the unexpected revelation. Through tears, the boy admits, "Babe that was my salary."

The romantic gesture, meant to be a grand expression of love, had carried his entire monthly earnings- reportedly $2000 - which now floated helplessly into the night sky.
