A suspected spy pigeon was caught from a fishing boat in Jagatsinghpur. The pigeon was fitted with a tiny camera and a chip, sources said. The fishermen found the pigeon in their boat in the sea off Paradip coast.They handed over the pigeon to Paradip Marine police station.
