In an attempt to rejuvenate its employees, a cyber security company announced four-day work week. On Monday (September 27), the cyber security firm, TAC Security announced that it has shifted to 4-day work week policy for better productivity.

The company reportedly has taken the step to adapt to the 'Future of Work' and also to focus on empowering employees to have a healthy work-life balance and a happier workforce in return.

Besides that, the company informed that TAC Security will remain closed on Fridays for 7 months and will check productivity. And, the 4-day work week policy will be permanent if it makes workers more productive and happier.

To ensure maximum productivity in the stipulated time, the company said it will work on having a completely automated process on the same. Meanwhile, the HR Manager at TAC Security said that it’ll take some time for them to get this new and innovative way of working just right but however he said, he is confident that this plan will work.

On the other side, an internal survey conducted by the cyber security company showed that a total of 80% of the staff willing to work 4 days a week for longer hours. They were happy to focus on their personal commitments and growth during the longer weekend. And, a lot of employees reportedly signed up for various courses and activities after this announcement.
