Chingari App Co-developed By Odisha Techie Bags Top Award In AatmaNirbhar Bharat App Hackathon

New Delhi/Bhubaneswar: Chingari App, co-developed by a techie from Odisha continues to add feathers to its cap and has bagged the top award in the AatmaNirbhar Bharat App Innovation Challenge launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on July 4, 2020.

Chingari App has emerged as the winner in the social category of the innovation challenge in which around 6,940 tech entrepreneurs and start-ups from across the country participated and submitted entries for 9 different categories namely Business, eLearning, Entertainment, Games, Health, News, Office and Work from Home, Others and Social.

Chingari App, developed by Biswatma Nayak, who is from Cuttack district of Odisha and Siddharth Gautam, came out in front of YourQuote & Koo apps in the social category.

Speaking about the app's success at the innovation challenge, Biswatma Nayak said "It is an honour to be ranked top among so many innovative and competitive apps. This will provide more motivation to take the app to newer heights."
